Order Confirmation & Processing
Once you place an order on our website, kindly allow up to 2 working days for us to confirm it.
After confirmation, your order will be processed and packed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are shipped through our trusted delivery partners. Delivery timelines generally range between 7–15 days, depending on your location.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it by emailing us at:

Please note that a 4% processing fee may be deducted from the refund to cover payment gateway charges.
Return & Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds under normal circumstances. Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
1. Manufacturing Defect
If you receive a product with a genuine manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images and order details at ekdolife@gmail.com.
2. Condition of Returned Item
To be eligible for return, items must be:

In original packaging

With all tags still attached
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will either:

Issue store credit, or

Provide a replacement,
as per your preference.
Refunds or store credits will be processed within 7–14 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

Manufacturing or product defects
Report defects within 12 hours of delivery by emailing ekdolife@gmail.com with pictures and your order details. -
New Order Required:
To complete the exchange, you will need to place a new order on our website. -
Use of Store Credit:
Store credit issued from a valid return can be used toward your new order.
Return Process

Return Request:
Return requests must be raised within 2 days of product delivery. -
Return Fees:
A handling/return charge of ₹100 per return may apply, applicable for handling and logistics.• For returns involving multiple items, additional charges may apply based on the total parcel weight and number of products returned.

Refund:
Refund will be initiated after the returned product is received and inspected.
The refund amount (minus applicable fees) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval. -
Non-Returnable Items:
• Sale items
• Customized orders
• Items purchased during special offers or promotional campaigns
