Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days via standard shipping.
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
The return request must be raised within 24 hours of product delivery.
To request a return:

Order ID
Clear images/video of the damaged product
Delivery proof if needed
⚠ Return requests after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Exchange
Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or wrong items delivered.
Clothing size or color exchange is subject to stock availability.
Exchange request must be sent within 24 hours of delivery via email.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To claim a Return or Exchange, customers must provide a clear unboxing (package opening) video showing the product condition at the time of delivery.
Unboxing video is compulsory. Without it, all claims will be considered false and invalid, and we will assume the product was delivered in perfect condition.
Any return/exchange request without unboxing proof will be automatically rejected.
Refunds
Refunds are issued when:
The product is out of stock for exchange
The product is confirmed damaged/defchanged/incorrect
The refund process will start after the item is received and inspected.
Refund Timeline:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
Amount will be credited to the original payment method (UPI, Bank, Card, Wallet etc.)
